You’ll need a mat, towel, water, and weights to do the exercises.

Rev Abs Full Throttle Abs will really give you the abs you always wanted with focused exercises like dumbbell crunch. It’s a combination exercise that include crunches, legs drops, and upper body lifts with dumbbells! Brett hits your abs from several directions all in one exercise.

Most of the exercises are performed on the floor with a mat. The jackknife exercise is my favorite. You do 10 alternating reps where you lift your legs and upper body to a “V” shape and twist on the way up! You’ll definitely feel the burn!
